The effectiveness of ethics compliance training in workplaces is often limited due to low interactivity and mandatory formats. Gamification offers an effective method to address this issue. By adding game elements to the training process, it increases employee engagement and enables them to internalize ethical values through experience. Gamification enhances motivation, boosts productivity, and strengthens corporate culture, thereby promoting ethical awareness and behavioral change.

Anayasa Mahkemesi (“AYM”), 7036 sayılı İş Mahkemeleri Kanunu’nun 3. maddesinin (15) numaralı fıkrasını, işçinin mahkemeye erişim hakkını ölçüsüz biçimde sınırladığı gerekçesiyle iptal etmiştir. Düzenleme, işe iade davalarında asıl işveren ve alt işverenin arabuluculuğa birlikte katılmasını ve iradelerinin uyuşmasını şart koşuyordu. AYM, bu şartın işçiye ağır ve orantısız bir külfet yüklediğini belirterek düzenlemeyi ölçülülük ilkesine aykırı bulmuştur.

The Cyber Security Law No. 7545, which came into force on March 19, 2025, aims to prevent cyber threats, determine national strategies, and establish the Cyber Security Board for all public and private individuals and institutions operating in cyberspace in Turkey. The law sets out obligations for authorities to adopt cybersecurity measures, report notifications, use authorized products and be open to audits, while also imposing heavy prison sentences and high administrative fines in the event of violations. The law, which grants broad powers to the Cyber Security Presidency, also regulates the protection of personal data. A one-year compliance period has been granted, and individuals and institutions that fail to fulfill their obligations by the end of this period may face a ban on their activities.
