Sezi practices in a number of areas of law including contentious issues and compliance. She provides legal advice to both domestic and international clients in commercial litigation, data protection, intellectual property, private international law, and alternative dispute resolution.
Sezi continues to gain valuable experience in the area of information technology law, including data privacy, e-commerce, internet, and cybersecurity matters. Further, she practices in foreign arbitral award enforcement cases that require exhaustive work. She conducts research and file checks daily and constantly follows up with clients’ needs by attending weekly client meetings. She is strong on factual, investigative, and legal research and good at legal analysis.
Following her LL.B. at Koç University, Sezi pursued an academic career and enrolled in an LL.M program in Information and Technology Law at Bilgi University. She follows developments in this sector with great interest and is working on her thesis in this regard.
Further to her academic achievements, she is also a member of AIESEC- an international non-governmental organization structured as an independent arm of the UN DPI- as a volunteer teacher. She also has experience as a researcher in the “Umwelt baut Brücken” project carried out by the presidencies of Türkiye and Germany.
